Our tutors are all qualified teachers with classroom experience. They are passionate about their subject, motivate students and build confidence.
Registering does not guarantee work. We take recruitment seriously. You will complete an interview and full checks, including Enhanced DBS, ID, qualifications, and references.
Tutors work on a self-employed basis through our agency. We qualify every enquiry before passing it on.
Payments are made through TutorCruncher. Your share is paid directly to you.
There is no need to create invoices or chase payments. Payouts are made roughly every 2 weeks.

Up Your Grade are efficient and professional, and act swiftly to put tutors in touch with pupils to begin lessons that meet their needs. It is easy to build up good relationships with both pupils and their families as we all work together for them to reach their full potential, and as a tutor it is very rewarding to be a part of their achievements.
All tutors are professional teachers and know the specifications inside out. Many are examiners. This is not an agency that employs students and then pays peanuts.
