Hi, I’m Andy, Tutor Director here at Up Your Grade.
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I know that looking for a tutor can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, especially if you’re worried about your child’s confidence or progress at school.
If you complete the short form alongside this video, the next step is simply a friendly phone conversation with me. There’s absolutely no pressure or obligation to go ahead.
My job isn’t to sell tuition. It’s to understand what’s happening, what you’ve already tried, what your child is finding difficult and what you’d like to achieve over the coming months.
Sometimes tutoring is the right answer and sometimes it isn’t. If I genuinely don’t think we’re the best fit, I’ll happily tell you and, where I can, suggest alternative ideas or point you in the right direction.
If we do think tutoring could help, I’ll carefully recommend the teacher I feel is the best match for your child’s personality, learning style and goals. You’ll then have the opportunity to speak with that tutor before making any decision.
